The only option is to removethe device when you click on it, and running a troubleshoot has not fixed the problem either. ![]() On the devices section of setting it says that Microsoft Wireless Transceiver Driver is unavailable so I am guessing this is the problem. Last night I updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 on my pc, however after the update was completed my Microsoft Wireless Mouse 700 v2.0 and Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 700 v2.0 have both stopped working, the mouse is still lit up underneath and so it isnot the devices but the connections that are the problem. ![]()
